Calpeda NG self-priming jet pumps are successfully used in households and gardening. Thus, Calpeda NG pumps are used to increase the pressure of water coming from the distribution network (while observing local standards); for water supply from wells; for watering gardens and vegetable gardens; for washing with a strong stream of water. Calpeda NG self-priming jet pumps are designed to work with clean or slightly polluted surface water.
The high level of reliability and durability of Calpeda NG pumps is largely due to the use of high-quality modern materials. Depending on the model, cast iron or bronze is used to manufacture the pump body, cover with connecting part and diffuser wall; the impeller is made of brass; the shaft is made of chrome steel or chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel; the diffuser ejector is made of polycarbonate; and the mechanical seal is made of carbon, ceramics and NBR.
Calpeda NG self-priming jet pumps have the following technical characteristics: flow rate – 0.25-0.9 cubic meters/hour; pressure – 15.5-89 m; engine power – 0.55-2.2 kW; nominal speed – 2900 rpm.
For the full and effective operation of the Calpeda NG self-priming jet pumps, the following conditions must be met: the liquid used must have a temperature no higher than 40C; during pump operation, the ambient air temperature must not exceed 40C; the maximum final pressure in the pump body is 10 bar. In this case, the Calpeda NG pumps must operate in continuous mode.
