The pump is suitable for clean liquids that do not contain aggressive elements that can negatively affect the materials of the pump. In addition, the pumped liquid must not contain solids, suspended particles and gaseous substances. The centrifugal pump Calpeda BN4 50-250D is used for watering garden plots and agricultural fields, ensures the functioning of fire-fighting equipment, residential and commercial buildings. Due to its design features, the asynchronous motor and the pump part can be dismantled separately. Special versions of this pump in a bronze body can be used for pumping seawater and brine. The pump provides a pressure of 2.3 to 14.5 m, and a capacity of 10.8 to 42 m³/h. Corrosion resistance is provided by the materials from which the pump is made (cast iron and chrome steel).
